I was wondering if its possible to take the few bits left over from the triarch praetorian kit and merge them with 5 necron warriors.

I was thinking of removing the torsos, splicing it in half and sticking the chest piece onto the prae's back piece. Also, ide cut off the gauss flayer from the wrists, leaving space for the tesla caster and warpblades...thoughts on this?

I believe (not sure on this though) that the warrior torso's are smaller (less bulky in any case) than the lychguard/praetorians torso's

That actually doesn't look all that bad. Only remark though would be to try to so something about the heads since they're all looking up

Yeah, I noticed that when I posted the pics, I think I'll have to reposition the heads slightly and possibly mess around with the necks a bit to make it fit well.
