So I'm slightly confused about dedicated transports and what squads may start the game out inside them.

Here's an example:
I write my list to have a squad of grey hunters inside a razorback. May I begin the game with my Long Fangs inside the Razorback instead of the Grey Hunters?

No you may not.

Dedicated transports can either start out empty or with the squad it was originally purchased for.

You could have the long fangs deployed right next to it though so that in the first turn they could embark.

Only the unit that purchase the dedicated transport my start inside of it. Alternatively you can start the game with the transport empty.

No. Only the unit that purchased the DT can start inside it.

Anyone that can fit can get in it after the game starts.
