I was wondering If anyone knew where/what the base for this heavy bolter was from:

Everything is non GW or converted except the bolter and the ammo box. Both the heavy bolter and its ammo are from the standard cadian heavy weapon sprue.

Either Cadian Sprue, or the Ravenwing sprue, but those are built to be used as TL bolters.
