Do models w/Counter Attack still gain their +1 attack against models w/Defensive Grenades? I say no extra attack, but our T.O. allowed it the other day. Thoughts?...
Both Counter Attack and Defensive grenades are used {b]only[/b] by the unit being assaulted. Neither does anything if the unit with them assaults.

Yes models with counter attack will gain the bonus when they are assaulted by a unit with defensive grenades.
As HJ said the defensive grenades do not have any effect if the unit with them launches an assault.
