When giving Furious Charge to, lets say assault terminators, the intire group gets it. Well thats what my army builder tells me, but at a cost of 3 points per termie.
But a HQ like helbrecht that has this feature by default does his command group allso get it for free??

Simple put, if one in the group has it does the rest also get Furious Charge. It could shave of some points.

Command group does not get it for free. But if he has it, he won't need to pay for it when his command squad does get it-ability is already there.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

No. Page 48, special units the IC has by default are not given toa unit they join, and vice versa. So pay for FC

This is all laid out quite clearly in Helbrecht's "Retinue" rule on his page in the BT codex.

He does not come with Furious Charge. You MUST buy it for him if he takes a command squad (and in this case, the whole squad buys the "skill").

Thats funny because army builder just makes its so and he costs 175 points.. so whats the point of giving me that if the command squad doesnt get it for free. Then intire unit needs to buy it 3 points per unit..

Don't trust army builder, there are quite a few errors (for lack of a better word) in it.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
