Looks good, my only possible change would be instead of the vanguard vets.

Thats 235 Points

You lose one power weapon but gain a second FNP/FC Bubble that can not be singled out in combat which I think may help more. If you also considered dropping 2 Scouts you could take the Chapter Banner in this unit giving you 15 Str 5 Ini 5 Power Weapon Attacks, 5 Normal Attacks and 4 Power Fist attacks on the charge, combined with the Librarian unleashed rage and further 5 PW attacks, you will muller anything!

To make that change would really sadden my whole tactical approach. The reason im not using honor guard is because of Heroic intervention. If I deepstrike assault squads with a priest 6 inches from the assualt to buff the vets which I think its 5 to 1 odds of success. Worst case scenario I still have the large amount of support fire.

Hmmm Heroic Intervention is great, but even with Descent of Angels it isn't really guaranteed and a mis hap would really hurt.

And again, losing that one Priest would hurt the whole army. Maybe play test both and see which you prefer.

I've tested this list without heroic intervention before, its really imo a perfectly acceptable risk, as is using a DoA list in the first place.

I would drop the camo cloaks, and split the scouts into 2 units of 5 with MLs ---> 85 a piece, so 170 together. Gives you 10 points extra to give the priest a weapon.

Since you have 2 MLs now, if one squad is about to get lit up, you can still go to ground for that 3+ without sacrificing firepower

racta I wanted to have 2 5 man scout squads in the first place it's in my first post. I compromised based point distribution, I really wanted the two rockets but I will try and work it out again. Camo cloaks on at least one squad for me is an absolute must but if it can't be achieved I guess a combi melta on the sang priest, another sarg sniper, and rocket launcher wouldn't be a bad exchange. Thanks for your opinion

the list overall is fine...the missile launchers on the scouts is generally a good choice even with the lower BS. mainly because you can deal with both vehicles and infantry, but can be more effective with infantry due to the small blast. i personally would give them camo cloaks if you could unless your expecting flamers then it really wouldnt matter that much.

as for dropping the vanguard vets id advise to keep them however i would suggest you drop 2 power weapons in favor of a storm shield. it will take away one attack but will give you a bit of survivability if charged by something that hurts.

would also keep the combi-melta on the priest...never know when it will come in handy if you have to pop a transport and heroic intervention with vets

Nice list!

If you really want to get that priest his power weapon the only way I can see of doing it is dropping the Power Fist off the Sarg in the Vanguards and throw a melta bomb and lightning claw on him instead. It shouldn't make to much of a difference to him. He should be just as good against vehicles but may lack some punch against tougher opponents, but your vanguard vets shouldn't be doing this job anyway. Mine mostly come down and clean up their weak major shooting threats like devastator squads, battle suits or tactical marine squads with expensive heavy weapons in them. It may be best if the opponent survives the first turn of combat so you are locked up with them until then end of their combat phase, then you don't get shot at.
