Hello All!
Here are pics of a Dark Angel 3rd company Standard Bearer.
I auctioned this model a few years ago.
It was primed all black. The Green is Dark Angel green with Snot and Goblin green highlights. the red is Blood Red with various orange highlights. The robes are Bleached Bone with bone/white mixed highlights and leather and Vomit brown shades.

Very good, extremely jealous of the quality of the painted robes. Loving your work, I would have loved to see a whole force at this level of quality! How many hours did you spend on this one?
