Lelith's 'A league apart' rule grants extra attacks based on the difference between her WS of 9 and the highest WS enemy in combat with her, because she's 'just that good ' Pg 49 DE codex.

What would happen if she was against something with a WS of 10, such as a Bloodthirster or Avatar?

RAW it would seem to grant her +1 attack, as there is a 1 pt difference, but could it also be argued as -1 attack as the enemy is better than her?

Our houserule is that she gets the extra attack, due to finally finding something better than her and putting in a little extra effort

I'd value other people's views on this though

Change the first sentence to “If Lelithʼs Weapon Skill is
higher than that of all enemy models she is in base
contact with, she gets a number of bonus Attacks equal to
