I've been looking everywhere, and can't find any (in production) anyone know of a company that sells them, preferably in plastic?

Ninja's what?

Well, I've never seen any plastic ones, but Perry Miniatures do some metal ones that are quite nice.

There are loads of plastic ninjas, you just can't see them!

No idea how good those are.

Well, those are 40-45mm scale, so won't fit.
Personally I know some metal ninjas, but no plastic ones in that scale.

If you want some techy ninjas, Infinity has them in the "Yu Jing" faction. There's also a Mercenary Ninja(who is doing what I like to dub the "Angry Samurai Dance"), what amounts to a Mercenary Samurai, and a Techninja Luchadore.

Here's images of them all, labeled:

As an aside, I love that my Dakka tab says "Ninjas | Nothing to see here, move along."
Second edit was to fix apparently broken direct links. They're rehosted on my photobucket account now.

I think all your Infinity links are broken or blocked.

To the OP, none as far as I know. Wargames Factory recently did samurai and ashigaru so there might be some in the future but Ive not even heard of plans.

Could you use something like DE witches and paint their skins like black cloth?

Should be fixed now. If not, I'll put them in the Dakka Gallery and just disable voting.

Infinity makes cool models, but they're not heroic scale and would look goofy as all sin if you were trying to use them for GW games.

People make plastic ninjas, just not in 28mm scale

Well in that case it would be nigh impossible to find GW scaled ninjas

don't need them to be GW scale and they're not for any GW games
they have to look like your standard ninja lol

Y'know I totally forgot, Old Glory has some dirt cheap, pretty decent metal ninjas.

http://www.oldgloryminiatures.com/proddetail.asp?prod=SUM-13

30 ninjas for $35.

And I really should have remembered seeing as I own them.

life.

Those skitarri in your last pic are about to get sliced and diced.

I collect:

Grand alliance death (whole alliance)

Stormcast eternals

Slaves to Darkness - currently Nurgle but may expand to undivided.

As far as I know, no one does plastic ninjas.

Heroclix has some decent ninja's. They only come in a few poses, but they're cheap (having been in earlier releases) and being vinyll, they're really easy to convert with superglue.
Here's two, but a bit of google-fu might reveal more.

Here's one for $.50
http://ronsrescuedtreasures.com/Heroclix-Xplosion-Hand-Ninja-004-Rookie-Marvel-2003-Wizkids-P1999498.aspx

Honestly, the Old Glory figs that Kid Kyoto showed look like your best and cheapest bet,

but if you want to supplement them, MegaMinis has some nice cheap ninjas
http://freeboardgamesnow.com/search.aspx?find=kung

and
http://freeboardgamesnow.com/ninja.aspx

$1.89 a piece.

A note about scale.
The heroclix figs are around 30mm scale and will fit right in with other current 28mm figs. The Old Glory and Mega Minis figs are 25mm. This shouldn't be a big deal, as the integral bases they have will give them a bit of a lift, and in a horde no one will notice. Just wanted to let you know.
