So I've finally decided on a colour scheme for my Wyches that will (hopefully) work well: black bodysuits, grey armour with ice blue trim, and turqoise hair. I chose turquoise over two other choices (purple and grey-white), because I think it will clash with the grey-and-blue armour the least. That, and I don't think I can paint white hair that well.

I have two questions before I go on with this, however:

1. What undercoat should I use?

And

2. Are there any colours you recommend I add to the turquoise for successive highlights/shading etc?

Hawk Turqouise (I think it's spelled like that) is the most obvious colour, though you could add snot green and/or enchanted blue to it if you want it more greener or bluer. I also think you should wash it with badab black, then give a highlight with some skulle white added to it.

pretty much this, GW's Hawk Turquoise covers well over black or white, doesn't affect that color much.
