I would have brought some form of transportation for the infantry.

Then I would attempt to get units to work together. For example your heavy choices do not fit together nicely.

So something like 3 preds then 2 TLAC or even the plasma dread. AS theyw okr well together to provide coering fire. Then maybe rhinos attacking forward with your infantry. One tactical squad with combimelta and melta, the command squad with at least two meltas and then give the other squad a flamer and combiflamer, thus you have two antimech rhinos and one antiifantry. Also probably some cc weapons to the command squad to support the captain, unless you gave the captain TDA to land with the assault squad

I don't like givingthe captain artifice, i'd spend thepoints on a relicblade, I also don't like your heavy choices I'd turn the ww and preditor into another vindicator or replace everything with a dakka pred and a las spons pred. If your dreds are in drop pods then they are fine even tough I'dlike to upgrade that stormbolter to a HF. I'd drop the banner fromthe comand squad and give them a another power weapon as well. Also I'mnot in love with 2 HQ choices at 1500 i'd prefere another troops choice to better compete for objectives
