This is stopping me helping, and I'm sure others too. Tell us this and then help may well be forthcoming.

Also how you intend to arm the units. You need loads of other tanks to support a single landraider, plus some transportation for troops would be nice.
Unless you mean the previous megaforce where you would want another razorback and then you should have a fairly good list.

This right here. You need to be more specific with your loadouts, and not just assume we know what you refer to when you say "Megaforce". Take the time to do the list right. You can start by setting up a point total and work from there.

Well, going by that alone, then the list won't fare very competitively. Without knowing anything more specific, there isn't much else to say, tbh.

yeah, steu has got it right. Why isn't it competitive; is it the chaplain?

well neither a captain or a chaplain are the best HQ's for space marines, the librarian is the best all round choice. (depending on playstyle though).
command squads are iffy, as they are considerably more expensive than normal marines, yet die just as easily.
The 2 tactical squads and the scouts in a storm are okay, but the tacticals really want rhinos for best usage.
Putting the dreadnought in a drop pod works okay, just be careful where you deploy it.
Land raider with terminators is always a good choice and will be effective.
Overall I think it needs a few more vehicles as at the moment you only have a few, making target priority relatively easy for your opponent.
(Note: I have made a few assumptions feel free to correct me on them).
Hope this is useful.
