lately I have been told that my lists are a bit to cheesy and Unfair ( such has 3 trgons is a thousand points ) so ill make a "fair Blood angles list"

Why are you combining a DoA list with mechanized :O? I am stunned that you aren't using any sanguinary priests, I love them. Melta guns/power fists are in my opinion the best choice for assault squads and I am flattered that someone else who plays blood angels believes in a cheap librarian like me If its feedback you want here's my 1000, http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/412777.page , and believe me it wrecks most everything but players that know how to play chaos demons and grey knights well. You just have to know when to go defensive It is mostly DoA with and with some infil/skirmish traits. Good luck with your list! Blood angels rule!
Oh and furthermore on the power fist on the assault squad I had to compromise for 5 pts and go with LC+meltabombs so feel free to swap that out if you are ok with 1005 point list hahaha

well looking over the list it looks like your trying to do more than one thing which is generally not a good idea as you will just gimp yourself during your games.

as for the list itself your denying yourself any decent abilities by taking bad weapons...the libby is the first thing that jumps out at me. having a storm bolter for the extra shot and greater range is really not worth it. id stick with a bolt pistol for the extra attack in cc since chances are thats where he will end up depending on your powers, which should be listed

your assault squads are also trying to do too much. i understand that you can combat squad so you can make better use of having anti armor and anti infantry in the same unit. but your not gonna combat squad all the time. so with that said i would stick with dual meltas which should be enough for anti tank. as for the 3rd assault sqaud with the razorback id drop it in favor of another baal pred with a flamestorm cannon and heavy bolters

also your going to need a sang priest with jp for the FnP/FC bubble to keep your stuff alive

My only other advice would be to drop the 6th man from the razorback and remove the librarian's JP and put the libby with the sqaud in the razorback, itll save you some points to

Add death company in a rhino. They are not cheese ergo you should get no complaints if you take them.
