I don't see Assault Cannons as being Ap2. Rending and Poisoned (2+) is already enough.

Looks good to me. I would recommend removing either rending or the AP2 on the Assault Cannons though (I'd probably opt for the AP2 and making it poison 3+ personally).

Otherwise it looks pretty good to me; seems balanced and usable, though I would also recommend removing the MM and dropping the pts by 10, before adding all the usual options (including a MM for 10pts). Good job IMHO.

Out of curiosity, why are the assault cannons poisoned? Are they firing explosive rounds or something?

The bullets contain a small warp drive, that on penetration it will try to activate and suck the organs and possibly the target into the warp.

Fantastic, but why the Heavy Flamers?

It's supposed to be a dedicated assault vehicle, and nothing else in particular. This means you could indent the enemy as soon as you got there.

Made a new rule to make this work:

Let the Flames Fly!: Any friendly unit under the template that has disembarked this turn avoids all hits caused by it, as the flames are assumed to move overhead.

It wouldn't be particularly fair on scouts or something similar. "Yes! I got my Land Raider full of combat blade scouts next to your orks! Oh no, I flamed myself and since my unit is trapped, they die!"

Seems decent. Although I would change the transport capacity to 16 so you can carry an even amount of termies (they count as 2 models, so you could have 7 and an empty spot with your current amount)

I think it was well balanced before the transport capacity reduction tbh.

transport capacity of 20 and have a rule that you can fit more than one unit in and make it 300p
