I like that the list has lots of boyz. A suggestion I have is to drop one of the Meks and add a Biker Boss. He can attach to one of the units of Koptas - giving them LD9 with a bosspole as well as 3 T5(6) wounds to allocate to. This unit can run ahead of the boys and screen providing a similar effect as a KFF. When they get close enough, the WB can break off and assualt something in need of a good Krumpin. That secods Kommando mob could benefit from a bosspole - personally, Id scrap it for more boys and a small unit of grots.

Take only snikrots squad. Take something else to support the horde instead.
Also I would go for three 30s instead of 4 20s.
I imagine you'll only need one kff as the squads give each other cover saves. Maybe even take a warphead instead. Though a warboss would be a good addition to the army to attack hard.

The concept is sound enough though .

Well, I like the idea of running lots of Deffkoptas. However, the Kommandoz are a bit out of place. I'd replace them with a wall of Killa Kanz.
