So here's what I've been working on to make an army centered on the World Eaters theme with Khârn as the HQ

Lets say for example, your rhinos are destroyed before dropping off your chosen marines, meltaguns have 12" range, they will get mushed running in.

On a positive note, i love the idea of dropping of LOADS of Berzerkers, just a shame you cant take more of them :(

yeah that's kinda always been the weakness of the CSM in my opinion : to rely too much on rhinos. I hope Zerkers get jump packs in their next codex :S

yeah but they are chosen, they outflank scream in drop and melta, unless your opponent absolutely nothing on either side, they should do something.

Then you have 3 Rhinos on the bored, and the Zerkers have to run to the opponent. 3 Rhinos aren't going to go far against nearly any army, only a few close range armies will not stop them before they are too close. And also, when you have your Bezerkers in Rhinos, you don't want to move the rhino in the turn the Zerkers get out so they can charge. Outflanking sounds like a great idea in theory, but in practise its often not that effective.

This list can work, if your rhino positioning is good, and you get them close enough to the opponent to deliver the melta damage and Zerker assault.
The only thing I might consider is trying to fit a couple of Plasmas in on one of the Chosen squad, just to help take down MCs, Terminators etc that the Bezerkers might struggle against in combat (You really need the Zerkers to do as much damage as possible to win, so say getting stuck against a Tervigon for 2/3 rounds of combat, taking a few casualties, then leaves you with a weakened squad that might even then not be enough to kill a squad of termagants..)

I like it. while it has potential flaws it is a very in your face BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD look and its refeshing. I think you could have some really fun games with it, just pray to the dice Gods to deliver your Rhinos safely to the front lines and you should get to have some fun! Building a fine tune competative list becomes boring after awhile, I think its good to shake it uplike this.
