So I want to know what point cost would be for those units.

Rules for toad dragon, no idea how much it would cost.
http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Downloads/Product/PDF/t/tamurkhan.pdf

If I remember right, rules for rotbeasts were
Chaos knight (40) +15

->monstrous cavalry, 2 wounds, 5+ regenerate.

The rotbeast it self has
M-WS-BS-S –T-W-I-A
7 -2 -0- 4---4--2-2-2
+5 regenare

I'm not sure, but making calculation, that 55 pts - 16 pts (warrior with shield) - cost of magic weapon (?)= rotbeast's cost

Plus is base size of fenbeast, great taurus and lammasu same as bloodchrusher's?
And base sizes of exalted greater daemons of forgle world?

Both of those are listed as Stand Alone scrolls of binding in the Tamurkhan book. It's excellently produced and a good value.

Rotbeasts are listed, under the unique rules for that Chaos Knight special character, if you take him then you can make any chaos knight unit he leads ride Rotbeasts instead. And I'd also recommend buying the Tamukhan book, it truly is beautiful, and there's a massive amount of great content.

I didn't realize he could make a unit of knights ride rotbeasts... now it's tempting!

No they arent. (I have Tamurkhan for week now). Point cost is just same what I told above. Rotbeasts arent alone. Think if you play just with chaos daemons, and want to use rotbeasts (for some reason).

Suppose then that you can't take rot beasts alone, but only as steeds?
