Hi im making a Blood angles list 1850 points and im wondering if you think that small uinits of Sternguard (five man) in a razor back ar any good?
They have a power fist a melta gun and a heavy flamer............... its 220 points

Without knowing your list?

No, it will not fit. It is expensive way to run a razorback. If housed they can not shoot their expensive guns. In a rhino it would still be expensive.

Not sure about the blood angels codex, but in vanilla, it would be tempting to smack them in a drop pod and drop them by the assault just for a bit of support.

Dont know the practicality of a drop pod w/ vets in the blood angels codex.

I really dislike Vets in a Razorback. There is no ports to shoot out of, which is bad because Sternguard vets are awesome at shooting

Sharjah

Sternguard are a tough fit in a BA army. Putting them in a DP and using them to support Assault Marines would be good, but unless you work multiple DPs into your army, they're coming down first turn unsupported. You could put Assault Marines in pods too, but you lose mobility on later turns, plus you lose the option to start them on the board.
