My brother just showed me this game, anyone else interested in it?

For those of you who don't know, it's a FPSMMORPG (I think, I've never heard of it before now).

These are MAX (Mechanized Assault Exosuits), which are basically Elementals, or so I am told, for each of the factions:

With the technology now and much more stable servers, higher speed & better internet connections, this game will be amazing.

Guns are customizable, so I would wager they allow you to change up your appearance, as well.





Damnit, Mechwarrior Online, GW2, PlanetSide2, all pretty much F2P.....

Actually, customizing your appearence shouldn't be that big on their list, nor is at all required. This game is about armies duking it out, the individual is of minor concequence. The farthest appearance customization sould go is just portraying what class, gear and gadgets you have.

Colours were set in stone in the old one too. And I'd be peeved if they add anything that allows you to change your entire scheme (because of major confusion in a huge battle). Clan emblems however should go in.

I just want commander mechs to be in. Seeing one of those things stride into the enemies frontlines always made me giggle. Or, when on the receiving end, run for my freaking life. Those things were truly morale boosting/damaging, yet not game breaking.

VS or TR for me.

NC always sucked, blue bricks that they were.

Aye, TR was always my team in planetside, and I don't see any reason yet to divert from that.

I'm playing the game first and formost for my brother, so depending on what we decide to play as determines if I will join or not.

I really want Lasers, though :(

I'm up for TR.

Some of my favourite memories were as a TR MAX armed with flak cannons.

Used in corridors as anti personnel weapons.

Infiltrators <3

I loved hacking.. everything.

Anyway, for those of you who are new to this:

TR: Terran Republic (opressive dudes that used to be the sole leaders of humanity)
Motto: More is Better.
Typical weapons for the Terran Republic have low damage but amazing rates of fire.
Vehicles: Often boasting more gunner positions then their enemies equivelant.
Special MAX feature: Lockdown, makes you a turret with increased rate of fire.

VS: Vanu Sovereignty (alien gizmo guys who rebelled first)
Motto: Bwuh? No clue.
Energy weapons with neither the highest damage or rate of fire to match the TR or NC, but they have no need to swap ammunition for anti-infantry or anti armor.
Vehicles: Highly mobile due to anti-grav tech.
Special MAX feature: Jump Jets

NC: New Conglomerate (The other rebels who hate everyone)
Motto: Hit them hard
High Damage, low rate of fire. Focussed on taking things about before they get a chance to retaliate.
Vehicles: Want heavy tanks? This is for you
Special MAX feature: Shield
