1.) you're putting on a weapon that vehicles need to slow down to use, while filling said vehicles with units that want to get somewhere as fast as possible.
2.) a rhino only holds 10 models. Is Kharn and the sorcerer going to walk? Out in the open?

Here is some thoughts that might help you:
1. If you are going for a fluffy style list drop the sorcerer as the World Eaters killed theirs during the Horus Heresy. If you aren't worried about it then drop the doom bolt and the familiar as the goal of LoS is to bring your opponent into charging distance. Also Kharn is a beast he can and will eat a few of your troops during the battle, he isn't reliable. Take him only if you are cool with fratricide.
2. I like that you have four squads but sadly what is their back up? Long range support is very helpful to meta in most gaming places and your need to have something providing covering fire for those rhinos. A good rule to follow is per 500 points add a troop unit (2 for 500-1,000, 3 for 1500, and so on). If you want try a blend of troops use basic csm's with a mark of Khorne in Rhino's. Two different ways to run them is in groups of 5 or 10 with a rhino and 2 melta's (2 plasma is viable, your choice). It can give you a cheaper unit to fit in other units to assist cohesion of your army.
3. Havoc Launchers slow down your movement if you want to shot them, check your rule book for the chart which will give an amazing amount of information that you need to know not just for your army but those that you might face.
4. Chaos has special numbers that most people follow because of the concept of overkill. Overkill, for khorne units, means charging and demolishing a unit on your turn and having to endure a round of shooting during your opponents turn. For Khorne use squads of 8 and with the points invest in obliterators or defilers. Oblits will give you the most versatile unit for long distance combat, Defilers are a great thing to throw down to play bullet magnet instead of those rhinos.
My list is for 2,000 points and is a mostly a fun list that wins because it freaks out most players in my area as they don't see it often. It comes out to a few points less then 2,000 which could be used for whatever. I prefer to use a version of a monster mash list for Khorne as it embodies chaos. This is not a tournament list. Just a warning YMMV.

This is my fun list I'd like to play with. I bascally jst went for a setup that I would enjoy painting.
What I'll do with this is to run the Terminator Lord in a Rhino with the first Berzerker squad, that way he is protected should his Daemon Weapon fail. If it succeeds... carnage. The Juggernaut Lord I would run behind something to get cover and charge in at the same time as something else.
I have icons on everything so that I can teleport units to wherever I need em. And as far as I'm concerned I have all the anti-tank I need in this build.
One could argue to put more Heavy Support in this build but I like a fluffy Khorne list.
Fun army!
And to Gent the Mad Cap - I think the OP meanth to field a Khorne list ( or am I wrong ? ).
Edit: I cut of the army build at 1000p and added more unites to make it 1500p. This works for both 1000 - 1500 points.
Edit 2: Did the same for 2000p.

You do realise you can't put terminator armour in a rhino right....
To the OP i run a squad of 10 CSM's with dual meltaguns to use for some antitank and/or objective camping. As other people have said, drop the havoc launchers and perhaps take combi-melta's instead. I like vindicators for the heavy support, but taking oblit's is the more popular option. As someone else has said consider a Demon Prince with MoK, mine tend to rip through tanks and troops and take a lot fire away from the rhino's as they get up the board.
