Just a quick question, apologies if it's been asked a lot, but I need to get my head around it. If I had a Harbinger of Despair with VoD and a Harbinger of Eternity with Chronometron in one unit (Royal Court or from two different Overlords attached to one unit etc etc), and I deep strike using VoD, can I reroll one of the d6s of the scatter, or am I not allowed because chronometron lets you re-roll a SINGLE d6?

You get to reroll one D6. So pick one of the two up and reroll that sucka!

My plan is for two Overlords, one of which is a Phaeron, to have a royal court each, one has a harbinger of despair, one has a harbinger of eternity, have the two crypteks and the Phaeron attached to a squad of Deathmarks and fly merrily around sniping units. For extra lolz, have two squads of Deathmarks, each one with a different prey, have each lord with both crypteks and do the same thing for both squads, then swap your Phaeron to the second Deathmark squad when you're done with the prey of the first.

No, you can't. You can re-roll one d6, and the BRB says that if you want to reroll a 2d6 roll, you must re-roll both. Since the Chrono only allows one d6 roll, you cannot reroll scatter.
