just as the title explains it. you cant take armor saves but i was wondering if FNP can be taken as well

If you can't take an armor save, no FNP.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

You cannot take an armour save against Dangerous Terrain, ever, meaning you cannot take FNP

Not 100% correct. If you are never allowed to take an armor save (AP1, AP2, Power Weapons, Dangerous Terrain, other things that ignore armor) then you can't make a FnP roll.
