Hello guys!
Here I've got some pictures of my last work: a team of three obliterators made starting from a simply GW chaos terminator kit and using some random pieces and a lot of green stuff.

YYY (as above, still looking for a name for this mini. How about "Edward chainsaw hands" or "Freddy Krueger"? Maybe a fusion of the two? "Eddie Krueger"? )

A detail: for the first time I've tried to make a demon-eye into the shoulder pad's decoration. I'm satisfied of the result!


A close up of the third mini's face. This one is more detailed then the other two (an exemple: the lens on the eye, the pupil...) and I'm proud of myself. My ability as painter is finally improving!

Awesome work. The only thing out of place is the heads IMO. Oblit with a moustache? lol

As for names, how about Mr. Bacon for the ML guy (because he looks like he's ready to blast fools apart for some bacon) and Chuck Scizor for the moustache guy (because just like Chuck Norris he sports a high quality P.I.-style moustache to go along with his high success rate of ass kickery).

Well, about the moustache... they were on the head I've chosen for the mini (the visor looks pretty good for the purpose). Maybe... a chaos mutation? A present from Slaanesh?

Thanks all for the compliments, I've really had fun making those minis... and probably I'll make some other in future (still thinking about an obliterator with a shield, for example).

In a sense these models aren't fully oblits, though your view may differ. I was kind of expecting more fleshy bondy bits like their heads bonded into their armour, a bit similar to the GW portrayl (sp?). Otherwise, nice work.

A great name for the missile one: Bang K. Boom, I always loved the sound of this name ^^

I know, but I really don't like the "exaggerate chaotic" look of the classic obliterators (like this one, for example), so for my army I've prefered to make some figures a bit more human. Still talking about flesh and metal, anyway!
My interpretation is similar to the use of "congeal" horror from the Orpheus RPG, does anyone know the game?



And the folder "project zero" contains my plan to conquer the world. So be kind and don't make too many questions about it...
(If I don't remember it wrongly, "Project Zero" it's also a ghost-hunting game for playstation 2.)

I know, but honestly I haven't thought to the rulebook making the model... just followed the inspiration.


About the names, I particularly appreciate "Missile Mike" for the second one. It's totally his name, decided.
Sam 'The Scissors" Swanson it's cool, but I think something is missing... how about Sam "Slicer Handshake"?
