My local store allows our kill team to have fast attack so here is what I think

Space Marine Bike Squad + 1x extra bike
Sergent w/ power weapon
Attack bike
Plasma guns x 2

Give the captain melta bombs and it will be fine

Captain doesn't need melta bombs, its 200 points only tanks out there will be rear armour 10 that the bikes might as well try to glance to death either with shooting bolters or combat, or plasma guns can take them out. I'm not sure you can actually take vehicles in Kill team anyway can you?

4 Bikes and an attack bike seems pretty good for kill team, you've got 2 plasma guns, a heavy bolter and a power weapon which will help you deal with pretty much anything you might face in kill team.

I guess since you guys are all pretty positive about this list, I think I will go ahead and build it so I can participate in this kill team.
