It generally looks very good. Slight personal taste I would take more LCs on your assault termies as you have the priest and they are in a raider. Also extra armour seems a bit excessive. The powerfists and meltaguns are not always the best choice, flamers would be good as the razorback already has an antitank gun also powerfist strikes too late for a 5 men in cc, meltabombs and powerweapon would be slightly better. Lascannons on the preds may worth it. Also 15 scoring models is a bit low.

--Extra armor is not the autotake it once was 6 years ago. Its now 15 points instead of 5 and stunned results don't occur as frequently as they once did (eg the 5ed chart eliminated the stun from occuring on any pen result that didn't destroy the vehicle, making it happen less often). Generally, its only advisable on units that need to move like a land raider or storm raven. Its just not worth it on razorbacks.

--Never been a fan of power fists on 5 man power armor squads. Its just not worth it. Also as you may know, power fists no longer get the extra attack from additional ccws/pistols as they once did, so what you are looking at is 2 attacks/3 on the charge instead of the 3 and 4 of yesteryear. So you may find the sgt is less worthwhile. For larger units, such an upgrade makes sense as they will stick around long enough and end up engaged more often then not.

--You may want to consider running the priest without terminator armor. More often then not, most folks leave the sang priest in the land raider rather then risk his death. He's an IC so is a seperate unit in a cc and usually easy to kill despite 2+/5++. Rather then risking him in a fight, he could hide out in the land raider. Just have to plan your disembark to ensure at least 1 termie is within 6" of the land raider.

Also with termie armor he can't hop into a razorback in a pinch. So you lose some flexibility later in the game.

--Fear on the lib. He'll have to get out to use it as you have no vehicles with a fireport. Just something to consider. I do actually like fear a lot, very handy 'tool box' power. I'd just prefer it with a lib that has a rhino.

--Some folks dislike ac/las preds due to the sponson location (los blockage often). Just be mindfull of positioning and it should be fine.
--Not mentioned earlier but some spotlights and dozer blades for the baals and razors wouldn't hurt. lights cause necrons are bringing back nightfight in a big way (and its still something you'll see in dawn of war games). Dozer cause positioning will be important for the paals and objectives often end up in terrain for the razorbacks.

I'm still umming and ahhing about the termie apothecary. Hmmmmm.
