Another quick and dirty commission to raise quick cash. Turnaround on this mini is about 2 hours. I assembled, base-prepped, primed and airbrushed 5 of these in about 5 hours, as well as finishing this one off. The client had done cleanup (nicely!) so that saved probably half an hour. When the rest are done I might go back in and edge highlight some of the silver to give it some more pop.

i think the OSL on the shoulder could be a little more pronounced, at the moment it doesn't really look like the orb is glowing, more like you accidentally highlighted the shoulder plate. also there could be a little more shading on the legs, they look a little flat.

other than those two things, i love it. especially the orange, the eye looks great. the dark grey of the gun really stands out against the silver body

Yeah, could do with being a bit stronger there (needs a similar highlight line to the top edge on the bottome edge) and also down the chest a bit more and onto the top surface of the gun.

Excellently done. The color works well.

My favorite color for Necron 'power' was blue, but this model really looks great. The only problem is that when you use those hot colors, it looks volcanic and the weapon is not a heat weapon. To me, it looks like the Deathmark has a melta weapon. It still looks better than blue, though.

Like the orange/yellow eye colour, i did the same with my tau fire warrirors. Look like Helghast lol

Oh and some of the bases were painted by my 7 year old son, Max. Can you spot which?
