Any chance you could improve the lighting? I'm struggling to make details out in the video, but I'm curious.

Looks good from what I can see, but difficult to make out the details.

Basic blue/pink foam construction? I've got a bunch of these waiting to be based and painted and love the way they fill the table pretty quickly.

Yes these are basic pink foam its durable light and last almost forever and holds paint very well if done right ..
