I started playing Warhammer back in March. My company has Games Workshop as a client and some of my colleagues came back from a trip to their headquarters with an Isle of Blood box set. We started painting them during lunch breaks. My 9 year old sone was really curious about it, and he convinced me to buy some Dwarves for him to paint. I started buying myself Tomb Kings.

At some point my son again convinced me to get him some Tyranids to make. SO I did, and I got the Warhammer 40k rules. Then I started getting myself some Orcs.

I really got addicted at that point, I love painting the Orks. I play with my son about once week. Most Thursdays we go to our local gameshop and play paint during Warhammer night.

I've done a couple Warhammer fantasy games with guys at work, but I find the 40k games much easier to understand and more exciting somehow.

I still have not played Warhammer 40k with an adult, and I'd really like to. I have 1200 point Ork Mob called the "Dem Nasty" who are itching to fight.
