Just a really stupid question. I couldn't find the answer in the rulebook. Which armour facing do blast weapons hit? Not barrage weapons, just a normal blast, like a frag missile or battle cannon blast.

One for when the center hole is over target vehicle.
One for the hole not over.

That is true if the center hole is over the vehicle. See Page 60, second column, Heading "Template and Blast Weapons Against Vehicles" for the specifics on what happens when the hole os not over the vehicle.
