So when splitting up his 5 attacks.....does the initiative change as well? So you could have initiative5 frost blade attacks get attacked and then swing back with remaining powerfist attacks? Or do they strike at the same initiative with different effects?

Well he can take his attacks as Power Fist, Or Frost Blade attacks.

So you would follow the normal rules for whatever you have chose.

So you can have 3 Frost Blade attacks at normal Initiative, and 2 Power Fist attacks at Initiative 1, Or whatever combination you have chosen.
