I am pretty sure I know the answer but I wanted to double check if I use a necron cryptech with a tremorestave against a vehicle, and the blast touches the vehicle would they need to roll to see if the vehicle is immobilized? I realize the weapon cant actually pen most vehicles, especially not the land raiders my friend fields.

They'll only have to roll if they attempt to move in their next movement phase.

If he doesn't want to risk it, having his land raiders full of berserkers sit still is fine with me.
