Assault squads are bad for vanilla marines, they are even worse for DA. They are not killy enough.
Your squads would do well to have apoths, the banner is not great for ravenwing as they should avoid cc.
Mixing meltagun and plasmagun is not going to fun go for two of the same. I assume your attack bike has a multimelta.

Fundamentally I am not sure list works. It is too much of mixture and your units are expensive. Try pure deathwing or if you want Sammael go for ravenwing but only take bikes.

Having said that if you go first then the first turn is going to be crazy, you'll have everything in their backyard.
