I have recently been looking for a Fast Attack Based army. now I am goin to combine a nice Fast Attack Army with a hard hitting Army. Here is what I am looking at. Please I could use major C&C.
HQ
Librarian in Term Armor (Goes in LR)
Storm Shield
Null Zone, Avenger
Captain
Bike
Relic Blade
Combi-Melta
Command Squad
Apoth
Veterans X4 w/ Plasma Guns and Melta Bombs
Bikes
Elite
Assault Terminators X5
TH/SS
Landraider Redeemer w/MMelta
Extra Armor
Troop:
Bike Squad X5
Melta X2
Combi-Melta
Attack Bike w/MMelta
Bike Squad X5
Melta X2
Combi-Melta
Attack Bike w/MMelta
Bike Squad X5
Flamer X2
Combi-Flamer
Attack Bike w/MMelta
Fast:
Speeder w/MMelta H.Flamer X3 All Seperate Units
It is fast, and has a lot of Hitting power. I know I only have 3 Troop Choices, but Im objective missions I can pick my targets and then move to snag/contest in the late game.

I don't get want the Command Squad are going to do (are they on bikes?) I'd be tempted to ditch them and take another bike squad personally.

The assault termies in the raider do not fit with the rest of the army. It huge, slow target which seems to opposite of what I think you should aim for. They are expensive anyway.
Why not take a overly expensive cc oriented command squad on bikes. You can take some storm shields and some hammers.

Its an interesting list for sure. I agree that the LR is out of place a bit. I also understadn why its there. You need a transport for Vulkan.
I kinda like the list as its different. I don't like meltas/Flamers on Bikes. You have to get way to close to use them. I would rather see plasmas on them. Then do you really need Vulkan? Thats the trouble. He will help the terminators and the Attack bike fore sure. I also would rather see TML on the speeders. I think they work better then the MM/HF ones. I am also used to RWing speeders.
I don't know what to do to improve it. But I like it for what its worth.

Alright I adjusted the List, and Added a Librarian instead of Vulcan and dropped the Tech Marine. Also working out points to give my LR Extra armor.
With the list posted above, I played my first two games today.
1st against DeathGuard. Planet Strike Mission and I was the attacker, which worked out great for me. The Landraider and Term Squad with the Librarian were a massive help in this game and i tabled him on 3rd turn.
Then my Second Game was against a Heavy Mech Guard army. Again the LR and squad were huge here. It was a special mission where the Guard were bunkered with all his tanks in the middle. Within 12" of the center, and I was the attacker (again, which fit the fluff and styles of our army). Main objective was to Kill his HQ, and he had to survive. I won on second turn, thanks to the LR and Terminators.
So far I am loving this set up and the way this army is playibng together. It is very fast and the first turn has been devastating with the Melta I can pour out.
