Good evening to all,
Wolfy09 here, and I have a query to post to the community, what can you make/proxy out of a imperial guard basilisk chassis, which can be used in the Space Wolves/Blood Angels codex? Iam aiming to use two Imperial guard chassis (they were very old models I got quite a while ago) as part of my “squat” space wolves/blood angels army (when I get my camera I will post up some pics). Any thoughts and lists of parts that could be used would be most helpful.

If its just the chassis and the chassis bed: whatever you want. It forms the core of the chimera kit as well. If it has the artillrey platform glued to it already, that... might be a problem. In all honesty though, a bit of plasticard and you can do anything. Granted, it can't be a rihno, getting the side doors is going to be difficult.... here's an idea:

Ignoring the side door issue as poda_t mentioned, the chimera chassis makes a reasonable counts-as rhino chassis. And even the side door issue goes away if you make e.g. a vindicator or Predator where the side doors have no game function.
If the gun's already glued on, a Vindicator is the only obvious counts-as. It will be a little tall though, so could cause a few LoS arguments.

if you do something like this you could count it as a whirlwind, or ya know glue wings on it and make a stormraven
as another thought you might be able to just trade it to somebody for a marine vehicle, I'd trade you a rhino for it but I think UK/US shipping would be prohibitive
