So, I'm throwing together a new tactical squad (my Dark Angels are almost a full company now) and I've posed the sergeant with a left-handed power fist pointing off to one side. I want to add a right-handed bolt pistol just hanging down to one side. To get a better idea of what I want from this arm, I would be happy if the left-handed bolt pistol from the special weapon sprue was right-handed. I was wondering if any of the GW kits come with such an arm, or if there are any that are similar enough to work. I really don't want the bent-at-the-elbow arm that seems to be every right arm. Any suggestions?

The BT upgrade kit has two of them. I think there's at least one in the Assault Marine pack. If you hae no access to those, use the stuff you have on the special weapons sprue: there's a plasma pistol for both hands there. Cut the plasma pistol (trust me, you won't need it EVER) and attach the spare bolt pistol also found in the special weapons sprue.

Edit: I've read your post incorrectly. Dang. Anyway, you mean an outstretched sort of hand? You can use arms used for power weapons, cut the power weapon and attach a pistol. The assault marine pack has an outstretched sword arm.

You could also use the right arm of a biker and do a simple hand swap.
