They are WIP, so please don't say "OH wow, the painting on them is terrible!" I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what else I want to paint them, as I want to get these painted before I start getting my Pigmen in.

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

Based on what you already have I would suggest that you look at a book showing russian winter forces (both armor and troops) and base the rest of your painting on that.

The winter camouflage look can be a good paint scheme, but you'll want to tighten it up a fair bit. Instead of very large, long color stripes like on your warjack, consider condensing the pattern across its large, flat areas. Winter Camo on vehicles tends to be a few bits and pieces of the greys, browns, and blacks on large expanses of white. On soldiers such as Strakhov there, it is more densely patterned.

have a look at WW2 dazzle ship camo. Its pretty cloe o what you got there, just needs to be a bit sharper.

i recommend:

- black primer
- locking down a paint scheme
- paint in solid sections and use washes to create depth
- take your time, models arnt cheap so put some time into your work
- dont take the decimator with strakhov, its a focus hog and strakky doesnt have the focus to pass around. i recommend spriggan/beast 09

There ain't nearly enough Salvage in this thread!
