Yep.

That was my first thought upon seeing the mantic bases for fantasy (I had a handful of old metalmagic figures without the bases from way back).

They fit like a glove.

Means with the release of the warpath bases, that bringing them back for 40k is even more viable than ever.

Good to know. I guess the fantasy figs must have been made with a smaller base, because I've had to shave the fig or the base just a bit to make the pic above work.
