I lookedthrough the rules, but found nothing.
If a unit footslogs onto a wrecked vehicle, does that normally count as dangerous or just difficult

Yep, wrecked is Difficult and Dangerous, explodes is difficult. Think of it as a wreck still leaves the thing on fire, whereas with expodes you havea nice crater to walk into
