Hey everyone. I need suggestions on how to make 4 Rhinos be converted into Heavy Bolter Razorbacks while being able to convert back and forth on the fly. I realize I can magnetize the hatch and weapon pod, but is there an easy way to make the TL Heavy Bolter that would fit atop a Rhino? Maybe magentize some sort of Pod that I can stick on top if I needed a Razorback? If anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated.

Just don't glue down the top hatch and buy some razorback turrets off Ebay etc you don't need to magnetise anything.

You can put some small magnets to the top hatch but most of the time, gravity does the trick.

This.

The turret mounting plate and top hatches fit snugly without assistance - allowing a hot-swap as needed.

My razorbacks (both of them) however just swap from whirlwind to razor (as I've only ever need two of either of them), so the turret plate is glued in on mine.
I don't need to ever make them back into rhinos - as I already have 11 rhino models.

(Once GW started with the current design razorback, I never bought another rhino kit - they were priced the same and gave you more - but I don't believe in razorback spam - rhino spam is fine).

buy some of the Aegis defence lascannon bases from a bitz store, the oblong ones with a circular hatch: these fit perfectly over a Rhino's main hatches, and also raise the roof level a bit (like a Repressor).

Use pairs of heavy bolters from Predator sponsons, the left and right will glue together nicely, and add some sort of optics on top. Bodge a mount onto a normal slotta base, and glue/magnetise it to the hatch.
