1. A unit of 3 Bikes Turboboost. The first model travels 20", the next 18", and the last 16". Do all or some of the Bikes benefit from the 3+ cover save? Specifically, does only one Bike have to move over 18" in order fro the unit to gain the cover save, or do they all, or a majority?

2. A non-turbo-boosting Bike IC joins a bike unit that has already turbo boosted. Would the IC then count as having Turboboosted?

No. The turbo-boosters rule says the unit must end its move at least 18" away from its starting point. If one model in the unit moves less than the 18", then the unit has not moved that far.
Similar to firing heavy weapons, if one model in the unit moves, the entire unit counts as moving.

{EDIT} No because the turbobooster USR has an asterisk, so the unit loses the USR if an IC without the rule joins it.

3. Does a less than 18" Turboboosting IC joining the 18"+ Turboboosting unit unit take away their 3+ cover save?

4. Can a Bike IC that did not Turboboost fire his weapons after joining a unit that did Turboboost?

I don't write the rules. My ego just lives and dies by them one model at a time.

Please note that I edited my first post. Thought you meant an IC with the turboboost USR.

3) Yes, because the whole unit has not moved 18"+ from their starting point

4) No, because the unit has still turboboosted and may not perform any voluntary actions
