OK. The only two units I really dislike are having sternguard in a razorback and drop podding an Ironclad. Having loads of scout stuff may be great for I know.
On that topic I suggest two different choices:
1) change the razorbacks to rhinos, probably having one squad with two heavy flamers would be good to provide and antiifantry rhino.
2)change both to drop pods and rearrange numbers so 10 are in one pod. Then you drop the clad and combat squad 10 sternguard and gate the rest of the sternguard using librarian.
I am not sure you need a plasma oriented tactical squad. I think melta and ML is a good combo. Maybe add combimelta as well.
