Per the subject line, which races in W40k are which percentage of plastic minis?

Are you asking how each faction is composed, model-wise? (e.g. out of all Space Marine products, X% are plastic)

Or are you asking how each race is represented in GW's line of plastics? (e.g. of all plastic models, Dark Eldar represent Y% of those models).

Mainly what percentage of EACH race has what percentage of their line made of plastic. (Hopefully I worded that more carefully this time!)

I'm not terribly fond of metal so I'd rather buy armies with mostly plastic.

Well, as it is now you can make armies with Orks, Space Marines, Chaos Marines, Space Wolves, Grey Knights, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Imperial Guard, Tau, Necrons, and Dark Eldar in all plastic. You might need to make your own HQ from plastic bits for some of them, but you can do all these armies with no metal/resin at all.

Daemons, Eldar, and Tyranids still need plastic to round out their ranges, and Sisters of Battle only have one plastic kit among an all-metal range.

Tau - Broadside Rails are metal, as are Kroot Hounds, -ox, and Shapers. Pathfinders and Vespid are metal as well.
'nids - AFAIK, only a handful of units are metal; many former kits are now resin.
