Hello all,

I had 2 groups of necrons warriors reasonably close to each other. I attempted to shoot at the Changeling, and failed my leadership test. The only friendly unit in range was already locked into close combat. Do they still shoot at the close-combat-locked Necrons?

Not a valid target. They can waste their shooting phase though.
Not even the Vindicare can do this these days.
