If you take a wound from a weapon with an AP value that doesnt allow you to take an armor save can you still use a "feel no pain" save?

only if the AP of that weapon is 3 or higher, and only if it doesn't double your toughness or ignore your armor save as part of a special ability or effect.

so for example I shoot a space marine with "feel no pain" with a plasma rifle AP 2 he would not get his " feel no pain" save

Correct, it says this in the rules for FNP in the BRB.
So if a marine were to get hit by a Krak grenade launcher he can use it?
I'm not familiar with the Krak Grenade launcher, but I assume it's AP3? If it's AP3 he does still get to make his FNP roll.

If we're talking about a standard T4 marine the answer is no, because you can't use FNP against wounds that causes instant death.

Krak grenade /= Krak missile
You dont get FNP if the weapon NEVER allows an armour save - as in, no model anywhere in the game could take an armour save, not just THAT model that you are looking at.
In addition, if it causes Instant Death you dont get FNP, regardless of the AP.
So a krak missile fired at a T4 marine would deny him FNP because it causes ID, but a S6 AP3 flamer would still allow that same marine FNP, as a terminator could take a save against it, and it doesnt cause ID

Here is another FNP rule question, so an apothrocarry confers FNP onto members ofhis squad, does he get FNP too?

He is part of the squad, so yes, he gets FNP as well.
