This is my first army and want to make a fun but also good working armylist. Would appreciate any comments or tips for it.

I never played with this list but i do have all the models and itching to test it out. One of my concerns is the lack of troops for holding objectives and i'am thinking of changing some obliterators for a squad of plague marines.
Also i'am not sure how to gear my terminators i went with a anti tank focus but could switch them to close combat lightning claws etc.(But my idea was the berzerkers would do most of the troop destroying leaving the terminators for the heavy targets)

Drop the princes and one zerker in each squad and put lash sorcerer in the zerker squads and with the left over pts put extra Armour on your rhinos over all your list looks good I'm not that big on defilers though whats the pt of using 1 I would say using 2 might work.

That single Land Raider is a problem. Firstly the Land Raider isn't even that good for CSM, then it is a big ass target among smaller vehicles - it will get singled out and stopped. You should really take them in pairs.

You will also have a problem with objective games. Not only have you got only two troop choices, but also those troops are in combat - this means you will be losing them in a fight and possibly shot down if they win combat in your turn. You need more troops.

Agreed, or two with some bells and whistles. You need more scorers and more melta somehow, the terminators and solo Raider won't help you at all.

I like this idea and working on my plague marines as we speak. My plan was pretty much destroy most troops that can hold on to objectives or lash them off the objectives the final turn.

The land reaider and Terminators are indeed a huge points cost but i just love the feel and look of terminators.

The idea with the defiler is ofc run shoot run shoot run assault. I expect he will go down fast but that means he soaks up fire power wich gives my rhinos and land raider a chance to reach the enemyline and assault their army down. Combine that with 2x lash to probably get into assault 2nd turn.

Ok played around a bit with points in armybuilder and came up with this list. I would like to point out i won't be dropping 2x Daemon Prince i just love to play with them and love the models

I disagree with running land raiders in two! However, running a solo defiler is pretty much suicide. I like the Princes! Never let anyone tell you to take out a prince. Might as well use our best units, right? Good luck!

Daemon princes are good units but are way to easy to be killed in the meta game right now. Lash sorcerers care better because you can hide them in a squad and lash.

Since you're running dual-lash list I'd suggest putting in a couple vindicators if you can. If you can't then more Defilers.

To make the points to put in more pie plates you should probably drop the Land Raider. For chaos they just suck compaired to loyalists and they get popped by just about everything these days. Also drop the termis, you should be using thos points on Troop choices for objectives. I suggest getting some PMs, their great at holding objectives.

Keep the Oblits so you can really rain down the plasma cannon with ur dual lash making everyone shoulder to shoulder.
