Is this a really hard list? or do you think it would fall over in a competitive tourney

I like it, but I would drop 1 Barge for more warriors in each squad. Change one lance in each court to a Harp.

Then drop the Heavy Gauss Cannons on the Stalkers. The heat ray is better, and much more reliable at AT. 2 shots = better that 1 TL one. S8 AP1 = better than S9 AP2. The melta for range is a fair trade. The flamer and the more reliable TL power is just icing on the cake.

This also gives you the points to get a few more warriors. This amount of points (from both changes) will give you enough points for the harps and a few more warriors.

Otherwise, it does work in tournies, though it most likely won't win you 1st place.

I just Played a list just like that Today at my Local Gw . It was a very competitive Game as he was testing it for are Upcoming Tourney
It held well Against My Dark eldar Venom/Lance Spam.

Awesome did you win the games? do you think you could break down what work and what could use improvement?

I think it is pretty cool man, but I might be biased as 1. Your list isn't far off mine (I have Scarabs) and 2. I like your Triarch Stalker conversion.

This list looks pretty tough. That much AV13 is really hard for anyone to take on. It's a bit light on troops for my tastes, but you have durability in your corner. I think the real downside is real life $$$. That's gonna hurt

Also, second the cool Stalker conversion!

Love the blue/black paint scheme. What I would do with my own if I had the time.
