Hi

The 5th Annual Warmaster’s Fantasy Challenge is coming on March 17-18, 2012 at the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 530 in Waterloo

The event:

Sunday March 18, 2012: 2 Options open to discussion with a decision on January 7, 2012. $30 per player

Singles Options:
Option one: standard 2200 point tournament.
Option two: 2000 points plus 500 points selected from Storm of Magic from the Bound Monsters and Unholy Pacts sections of the book. Please note that NONE of the other Storm rules are in effect and that the fragile alliance rule for the Pacts is being ignored.

It seems like a lot of people are having problems getting there brains around 2000pts + 500pts in SOM monsters...so I've changed my vote to just a 2500pt tournament. What are your thoughts?

I won't be attending since I don't have a Fantasy army yet, but I imagine a few guys from the CanHammer group that I'm a part of will be. I've heard a few of them say that Warmasters Challenge is the premier Fantasy and 40K tournament in the area.

It will be interesting to see how Warmaster's Council rules how Tomb King magic and Vampire Counts magic interact with each others undead units.
