do the initiates have Bolters or Bp and CC's? also running one land speeder is not that great IMO maybe drop it to get more marines and maybe turn the razorbacks into rhino's for more marines because if you are taking the vow accept any challenge then more troops would make more sense

Maybe drop the smoke, as you want to fire. Yes, it is cheap.

Can we have lascannons in your troops.

I think your termies a little too pricey for this list. Also you could go down to two troops believe it or not. Not sure you have a POTMS vindi sort of list.

Honestly I like the termis over the land speeders. I would drop the razorbacks for rhinos though and add a LC to the squad themselves. You get the same amount of fire power (minus some twin linking) but you gain enough points for another speeder.
