Not sure what you will find online as far as the Soul Drinkers are concerned, not sure many people have done a Soul Drinkers army, but if you haven't read the books, I would say start there.
You will definitely be doing a lot of scratch building of troops, since some of them are mutated.

Try taking a different twist on them, or running them from a different codex from Vanilla Marines. There's cottonjaw for example, he runs his nightlords from a Blood angels codex.
You could even run a normal-themed force and just use the soul-drinkers as counts-as LOTD.....
I mean, the list goes on, the trick is that they lost a lot of stuff, hand over fist, so you wouldn't be able to play a fluffy post-renegade army list.
Just head over to the gallery on this site and punch in soul drinkers, and other variations thereon, looking through the blood angels as well. I am under the impression you might want to look at the blood angels army list and see how many parallels you can draw from the Soul drinkers.
