So this came up in a game with my friend the other day and was curious what everyone's take on it was. I had on the field a unit of GK Terminators with Psybolt Ammunition and I joined my Brotherhood Champion with them. Would the BC also gain Psybolt Ammunition when shooting as he has joined the unit and the unit has the ammo?
We couldn't come to a decision and left it up to a dice roll for that game but I would like to get some clarification from what others opinions are.

No, as he is still bound by what wargear he can and cannot take. If I have an IC with a Lightning Claw, it doens't mean everyone else in the unit has Lightning Claws as well.
